We're only in the business of keeping you happy, so tell us what's not working and we'll exchange it over for you in no time. Just make sure the pieces are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers attached. Underwear must also always be worn when trying on swimmers for hygiene purposes. Email us at shop@twosixswim.com to chat further.

 

Changed your mind? 

We're happy to give you credit for your order within 14 days of purchase until you find that perfect swimmer. Just make sure the pieces are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers attached. Be sure to email us at shop@twosixswim.com to get instructions on how and where to return. You arrange the return shipping and we'll handle the rest!

 

How do I Return an item?

  • All returned items must have original sanitary stickers and tags attached. Please make sure to return in the original packaging.
  • Customers wishing to return items must do so within 14 days of receiving the items. We cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a credit.
  • Simply email shop@twosixswim.com and we'll give you all the details you need for your exchange.
